AO Severstal Distribution is a subsidiary of PAO Severstal established in 1994 as ZAO TD Severstal Invest.

AO Severstal Distribution is a major sales and manufacturing enterprise offering a wide range of steel products as well as steel processing, logistic, financial and other solutions. Every customer can choose a tailored set of products and services.

AO Severstal Distribution operates a large distribution network including major regional centers and representative offices located across Russia. Our regional centers operate large, well-stocked warehouses and fulfill a variety of orders from delivery of wagon loads of steel products anywhere in country to small volume sales. Our sales offices arrange deliveries of steel products across Russia, both from regional warehouses and from the manufacturing businesses of PAO Severstal.

Apart from standard rolled products manufactured by PAO Severstal, the distribution network sells the products of Cherepovets and Vsevolozhsk service centers, such as plates, strip, expanded metal, decking and die-cut blanks. Cherepovets and St. Petersburg facilities of AO Severstal Distribution have rebar straighteners and cutters.

In 2014, AO Severstal Distribution increased its Russian sales by 9% year-on-year to 686 thousand tonnes. It serves over 4000 customers. The largest customers include construction and machinery enterprises, small businesses, energy companies and utilities.

In 2014, Severstal Distribution, then known as TD Severstal Invest, was named the top Russian sales network by the dynamics of its development.
